Our very first stop when we drove into town was BYU. We were meeting up with my sister and her family there before we headed to our rental home in Sandy. It was so fun to be back on campus and show the kids the ole stompin' grounds.
A trip to the BYU bookstore and the creamery were the highlights for our kids. For some reason walking around and looking at all the building where we had classes did not excited them like we had hoped.
the girls reunited after less than a week of being apart
mmmm BYU fudge!
On Sunday we got to go visit our good friends the VandenAkkers. The Caines, Davis' and Polleis were also in town, so we had a mini Maple Grove reunion!
Ruby, Chloe and Millie wasted no time and got right to dressing up and parading around the house. They a were so cute together!
The boys all had fun jumping on the trampoline!
funny pic of Cal
I don't know what we were talking about, but by the look on our faces it must have been interesting - maybe my flabby arms?
The boys had so much fun together - it was so hard to say good-bye.
I couldn't leave cute Grace out the the post!
On Monday we met up with our good friends the Straddecks at Wasatch Mountain State Park. We had so much fun catching up and letting our kids get acquainted. Ella and Spencer were best buds when we lived in Virgina 10 years ago. Boy, how times flies! Everyone got along so well and the free fishing was the icing on the cake.

Scott giving Cal a lesson on baiting a hook. Yuck!
On Monday night we met up with our HBS friends that live in the area. I am so mad because this is the only picture I took. There were 7 families there and over 45 people and I only took this one picture at the very beginning of Ella with her Boston friends, Amanda and Madison. Camilla came a little later and the girls had so much fun together.

WOW. That makes me miss Utah terribly. What a marvelous trip!
