We had been wanting to invite a several couples over for dinner for a long time and it has been so hard to coordinate schedules. My friend, Jacey, and I decided to combine our efforts and have a little fancy V-day dinner. It was so fun to pull out all my fine china and have a fairly small group to visit with. I made Ina Garten's Turkey Lasagna and Jacey made awesome breadsticks and coconut cupcakes. Everyone else brought yummy food too. We played "He said, She said" and we all had a good laugh. We displayed everyone's wedding photos and gave them a CD of each couple's "song" as a parting gift. Here are a few pics of the set up.
I love every little part of it! You Maple Grove girls always know how to throw the most fabulous parties! Cute idea with the love songs too!
