The Dinner Party that never happened

Scott asked me to host a little dinner party for some people he works with. I love to entertain and all, but hosting people I don't know and from work kind of put the fire under me to really get the house looking good. I cleaned and cleaned and cleaned some more. I even had my carpets done. Sometimes I can get a little stressed over these things. I bought a bunch of food and started all the prep work on Friday and then on Saturday it started to snow and snow and snow all day long.  The afternoon of the party we had to cancel - not cool. I guess they're calling it the "blizzard of 2010".  I had a few families that live close by come eat up all the food I made.
