So much to be Thankful for!

I love this time of year and reflecting on all the things I am thankful for: the Gospel of Jesus Christ, my family, great friends, good health, a job for Scott and the ability I have to stay home with my kids, technology, books, plenty of food to eat, good schools, feeling safe and secure. I could go on and on. I know that their are many many places in the world where most of those things are not a reality. I need to be reminded often, that I have absolutely no reason to complain about one thing. The blessings in my life are abundant and I pray that I will increase my recognition of them daily.

My brother and his cute family came to visit from Virginia for Thanksgiving. We had a great time catching up and getting to know their cute boys (Trey and Cody) better.  I wish I would have taken more pics. In fact, I hardly took any because Courtney was doing such a great job taking pics that I forgot to take my own. Here are just a few I got:

Ella and Cody (wearing Millie's pink hat) playing in the snow.

Trey had a sleepover and the boys had fun reading Calvin and Hobbes together.

The kids were so excited to have lots of snow on Thanksgiving!

Leftovers on Friday - right before they left for the airport. I can't wait to go visit them in Colorado (their new home)!
